Service Description
Who it’s for: Venues, halls, studios or homes that need a final clean before guests arrive (after setup or the night/morning before). What’s included (Standard): Entrance, foyer and main spaces: dust & wipe reachable surfaces, touch-points, doors/handles Floors: quick spot-degrease (if needed), vacuum, mop hard floors for a streak-free finish Restrooms (up to 2): sinks/taps, mirrors, toilet seats & exteriors, top-up consumables (if provided), spot mop Glass/doors (interior): fingerprints & smears removed on main entries Empty small bins; rubbish to on-site bins Photo checklists (before/after same angles) Not included (by default): Décor setup, table laying, chair covers/linen handling, off-site waste removal, carpet shampoo, exterior windows, high-level/at-height work, heavy limescale removal, deep kitchen cleaning. Deposit £60 by bank transfer within 24h
Cancellation Policy
CALBOE Cleaners — Booking Policy Booking • Book online: choose service, included time and date. You’ll receive a confirmation email. • Lead time: larger events 7+ days; smaller jobs 48h notice if possible. Pricing & time • Each service shows an included time (e.g., 2 hrs). • We may assign 1–2 cleaners; two finish faster—you pay for total time, not people. • Overtime: first 10 min free, then £10 per 15 min on weekdays (£12/15 min evenings/weekends). • Evening/Weekend uplift: +£8 per team-hour for slots after 18:00 or on Sat/Sun. Deposit & payment • A fixed deposit (shown at checkout) secures your booking. • 48h+ before: deposit is refunded or applied if you reschedule. • Balance due on completion (card/PayPal/bank). • No VAT to add. Cancellations & rescheduling • 48h+ before start: free to cancel/reschedule. • 24–48h: deposit may be forfeited. • <24h / No access on arrival: we may charge up to the full included time plus any pre-booked add-ons. Changes & add-ons • Add-ons (e.g., Kitchen/Bar, Interior Windows, Oven/Fridge, Garden on-site staging) can be added up to 48h before. • Same-day changes depend on availability and may extend time/cost. Arrival & access • Arrival window: ±30 min around your booked time. • Please ensure safe access, power, water and parking. Waiting for access/parking counts as time on site. Waste handling (venues/gardens) • Standard: we bag waste and move it to your on-site bins/skip. • We do not transport waste off-site. Off-site removal can be arranged via a licensed waste carrier (fees apply) with a Waste Transfer Note. Health, safety & damage • We use eco, low-odour products and follow COSHH guidance. • Please tell us about fragile/high-value items. • Not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear/tear. • We carry Public Liability Insurance; details on request. If anyone at the property is unwell, please reschedule. Satisfaction guarantee (re-clean first) • If anything falls short, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll re-clean affected areas free of charge.
