How to book

  • Book online: choose a service, pick a date/time, and pay the deposit shown at checkout to secure the slot.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details and a link to manage or reschedule your booking.

Payments

  • A fixed deposit (displayed at checkout) is taken when you book.

  • The balance is due on completion (card/PayPal/bank transfer).

  • Most jobs finish within the included time. If more time is needed, we’ll ask first. First 10 minutes over are free; then £10 per 15 minutes on weekdays (£12 per 15 minutes evenings/weekends).

Changing your booking

  • Reschedule or cancel 48+ hours before your start time: free. Your deposit is refunded (or moved to the new date).

  • Inside 48 hours: your deposit may be forfeited.

  • Inside 24 hours or no access on arrival (locked out, no key/code/parking): we may charge up to the full included time plus any pre-booked add-ons.

How to reschedule/cancel

  • Use the Manage Booking link in your confirmation email, or contact us via the Contact page (WhatsApp/email).

  • Changes are counted from the time we receive your request.

​

Arrival & access

  • We work to a ±30-minute arrival window.

  • Please ensure safe access, power, water and parking. Waiting caused by access/parking issues counts as time on site.

Our side

  • If we ever need to move or cancel your booking, we’ll notify you as soon as possible, rebook with priority, or offer a full deposit refund.

​

Refunds

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks can take 3–10 working days to show them.

​

Recurring visits (weekly/fortnightly)

  • The same 48-hour window applies to each visit. Short-notice changes may forfeit the deposit for that visit.

​

Satisfaction

  • If anything’s not right, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free.​
