How pricing works (at a glance)

  • You book an included time (e.g., 2–4 hours).

  • Overtime: first 10 min free, then £10 per 15 min (weekdays) / £12 per 15 min (evenings/weekends).

  • Evening/Weekend uplift: bookings after 18:00 or Sat/Sun add +£8 per team-hour.

  • Clear approval: Stay within / +15 / +30 / Call first (you choose on booking).

Waste handling: We bag waste and move it to your on-site bins/skip. Off-site removal via a licensed waste carrier (fees apply) with a Waste Transfer Note.

Our venue process (simple & reliable)

  1. Pre-job brief — access, parking, alarm/keys, priorities, time-cap.

  2. On arrival — team lead checks in; quick walkthrough (60 seconds).

  3. Work the plan — bins → high dust → surfaces → restrooms → floors.

  4. Time check — at T-30 we confirm we’re on track or request +15/+30 if needed.

  5. Photo proof & lock-up — send before/afters, note anything important, secure the site.

Documentation & compliance

  • Insurance: Public Liability up to £2,000,000 (certificate available).

  • DBS-checked field team.

  • COSHH: product list & Safety Data Sheets on request.

  • Risk assessments / method statements provided for regular partners.

  • Keys & security: optional keys/lock-replacement cover; “failure to secure” extension available (on policy).

Partner options

  • Test turnaround: One off, any time window.

  • Preferred partner: Fixed venue pricing, first-call status, simple monthly billing.

  • Retainer slots: Hold regular late-night/early-morning windows for your calendar.

Service area: Barking & East London (E, IG, RM postcodes). Larger venues just outside by request (travel/parking/ULEZ recharged at cost).

FAQs (venues)

 

Do you move chairs/tables?
Light rearrangement/stacking is fine if agreed. Heavy moves or full breakdown aren’t included unless scoped.

Do you handle glassware/crockery?
Not at the moment. Bar surfaces are included; dishwashing is not.

Can you lock up and set alarms?
Yes—provide instructions in the booking. We’ll confirm by message on exit.

 

How fast can you turn a hall?
A typical 120–200-guest space on Post-Event Standard is 3–4 hours depending on floor condition and restrooms.

 

Do you clean stages/AV areas?
We’ll clean around them; we don’t move or clean electronic equipment.
