FAQ'S
1) What areas do you cover?
Barking & East London (E, IG, RM postcodes). Outside this area on request—travel/parking/ULEZ may be recharged at cost.

2) What services do you offer?
Post-Event Clean (Standard/Deep), Pre-Event Venue Refresh, Domestic Clean (one-off or recurring), and Move-In/Move-Out Deep Clean. Add-ons: Kitchen/Bar clean, Interior windows, Oven/Fridge/Freezer, basic garden tidy/staging on site.

3) How do I book?
Book online, pick your service and included time, choose a date/time, pay the deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation with a “Manage booking” link.

4) Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. Events & Domestic: 2 hours. Move-In/Out: 3 hours.

5) How is time billed?
You pay for total cleaning time, not the number of people. First 10 minutes over your included time are free; after that we bill £10 per 15 min (weekdays) or £12 per 15 min (evenings/weekends) in 15-minute blocks.

6) Do evenings/weekends cost more?
Yes, slots after 18:00 or on Sat/Sun add +£8 per team-hour.

7) Can I choose one or two cleaners?
You can request it; we’ll try to match. We may assign 1–2 cleaners to finish efficiently—you still pay for total time only.

8) What’s included in Post-Event Standard vs Deep?
Standard: litter pick, bagging, floors (vac/mop), surfaces, toilets wiped, bins to on-site waste.
Deep adds: descale/detail in restrooms, sticky floor treatment, gum/tape spots, high-touch sanitise, extra time for heavy spillages.
(Interior windows and Kitchen/Bar are add-ons.)

9) Do you do Pre-Event cleaning?
Yes—dust, floors, fingerprints, bathrooms refreshed, front-of-house made guest-ready.

10) Domestic cleaning—what’s covered?
Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, mirrors, high-touch points. Add-ons for Oven/Fridge/Freezer and interior windows. Recurring weekly/fortnightly available.

11) Move-In/Out—what’s different?
Inside cupboards/drawers, descaling, detail in kitchen/bathrooms, interior windows, skirtings/frames. Best when the property is empty and utilities are on.

12) Do you bring equipment and supplies?
Yes—commercial tools and eco, low-odour products. Want us to use your products? Tell us (results can’t be guaranteed).

13) Do you use bleach?
We default to eco products. We can use bleach for specific tasks if safe and requested.
​
14) Do you clean carpets/upholstery or exterior windows?
Not at launch. We do interior windows. We can refer trusted specialists for carpets/upholstery.

15) What about music studios/AV spaces?
We don’t move/clean audio gear. No liquids near equipment. We’ll clean floors, glass, booths, kitchens, restrooms and common areas.

16) How do waste and recycling work?
We bag waste and take it to your on-site bins/skip. Off-site removal is via a licensed waste carrier (fees apply) with a Waste Transfer Note.

17) Parking & access?
Please ensure safe access, power, water and parking. Access/parking delays count as time on site. Any parking/ULEZ/toll fees are recharged at cost.

18) What if you finish early?
We use remaining time for touch-ups and agreed priorities. The booked minimum time still applies.

19) Deposits & payments
A fixed deposit (shown at checkout) secures your slot. Balance is due on completion (card/PayPal/bank transfer).

20) Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes—48h+ before your start time is free (deposit refunded/moved). Inside 48h the deposit may be forfeited; inside 24h/no access we may charge up to the included time.

21) Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes—48-hour re-clean guarantee. Tell us within 48 hours if anything was missed; we’ll re-clean affected areas free. Refunds are considered only after a re-clean.
​
22) Are you insured and vetted?
Yes—Public Liability Insurance and DBS-checked team. Details available on request.
​
23) Do I need to be on site?
Not required if we have access instructions/key code/concierge details. We can lock up and send photo proof when done.
​
24) Pets?
We’re pet-friendly. Please secure pets during the visit and keep them off freshly mopped floors.

25) Do you provide invoices/receipts for businesses?
Yes—VAT not charged unless stated. We can issue itemised invoices and receipts by email.
​
26) How do recurring home cleans work?
Choose Weekly or Fortnightly on the form and your preferred day/time window. Each visit follows the same 48h change window.

27) Any things you don’t do?
Hazardous waste, pest control, mould remediation, high-level or exterior window work, heavy/unsafe lifting, or anything breaching COSHH/Health & Safety.
